Today, I did not watch television. I did not play video games. I slept in with my family. I took a long 5 mile walk to the library with my family. I looked at books and music. I watched the fish swim in the aquarium with my daughter. I walked back through a beautiful park that had paths with no cement and no sight lines to the streets. I got some color, which is alwasy helpful for my Danish/Irish skin. Why don't we all do things like this more often? I think we would be happier and healthier.
