I watched the sunset today with my daughter in the park. It was probably the single most peaceful moment I've had so far in my life. And all too short.

- "Why the fancy French name?" you might ask. Sometimes foreign words convey the essence of something better than the native tongue. In this case, 'causerie' hit all the notes I wanted. There seems to be a fundamental disconnection between the written word and the spoken word. I can't change that, but I can encourage a sense of crossing boundaries in communication. And that's what Causerie is all about. It's about getting the conversation going by whatever means necessary. Peace
